The minimum liability insurance required by federal regulation is five million ($5,000,000) combined single incident. Safety and passenger care are our top priority, our insurance policy is maintained above the minimum federal requirement.

How do I make a reservation?
|
|
|
There are three different ways to make a reservation, all are fast and easy. First you may chose to speak to a 'Live Agent'. To do so, simply click the chat box and the agent will guide you through the process. Second, if you don't need assistance and know what vehicle works best then go to the 'Start New Reservation' form. How are your vehicles maintained?

The safety and reliability of our motorcoaches begins with regular maintenance in our nationwide network of service stations and garages. Our factory trained technicians are equipped with the latest specialized tools and technology to keep our fleet in prime condition. And thanks to our full time detailing crew the interiors are kept clean and spotless.
Our fleets average age is four (4) years, but whether brand new or sightly used - a bus is only as good as the maintenance and support behind it. Our fleet stands up because we stand behind every driver, mechanic, steward, detailer, reservationist and dispatcher that works to ensure your trip is safe, timely and comfortable.

What is included in the price?
|
|
Your price includes everything as per your itinerary. It is customary to give a gratuity to the driver if you are satisfied with the service.
For itineraries that require overnight trips, it is necessary to provide a single room in a hotel for each driver booked. Additionally, you may incur charges for extra services not included in your itinerary.

How recent was your safety audited?

Our entire operation recently passed a safety audit by 'Consolidated Safety Services', at the request of the 'US Department of Defense - Military Traffic Management'. Additionally we have received the highest rating by the US Department Of Transportation (USDOT), "Satisfactory".

What else does your Quality Control team do to ensure safety?

We review all itineraries for safety and adherence to the department of transportation (DOT) rules. We will inform you if it is necessary to put a second driver on the job, as well as inform you of your travel options to bring your itinerary within regulation.

Will my reservation use the same vehicle shown on the website?
|
|
Images on the website are representitive as samples only. Equipment and features of actual vehicles to be used may be different and are subject to availablity.
Additionally, there can be variety of vehicle types within the same category. For example, the Mini Coach class is available with an array of options and passenger seating capaciity ranging from 14, 21, and 29. Our reservationists would be happy to assist you with all your travel itinerary by contacting us directly on-line or by phone.
